The amount collected in the account of Acaste e-shop should correspond to the exact price of the order. Any bank charges should be covered by the customer. Please indicate the name and number of your order on your payment to avoid delays. Also, your order will be processed as soon as payment is confirmed. This can take up to 2 business days, depending on the bank process. Please confirm the deposit immediately by sending the relevant deposit via e-mail to info@acaste.gr .

Payment by Credit, Debit and Prepaid Card

Cash on Delivery (for Greece and Cyprus)

Payment upon receipt of the order at your place (cash on delivery for Greece and Cyprus) at the time you receive the products. Pay the transport clerk, with the delivery of your order at your place. In this case you will be charged € 3.00 (VAT 24% included) for Greece and € 5.00 (VAT 24% included) for Cyprus. Free shipping and cash on delivery for orders over € 50 for shipments within Greece and free shipping and cash on delivery for orders over € 150 for shipments within Cyprus.

According to law 4446 / 22-12-2016 article 69, orders over € 500 in cash will be delivered to the recipients, exclusively from the receptions of ACS Courier stores, where collection will be made only by using a bank card and for the entire amount of the transaction. Cash on delivery is valid as a payment method for amounts not exceeding 1500 euros.
