How to return
In case of return, an e-mail should be sent to the address firstname.lastname@example.org to which the order code will be mentioned, or by phone to +30 28210 20090 or +30 6934 404 404. Fill in the return form that you will receive with your purchase. The product must be in excellent condition, so we recommend that you do not remove any label or sticker during the test! Once we receive and accept your return, we will contact you to confirm receipt of your parcel.
The customer is responsible for the return of the parcel, including any charges arising from the transfer. It would be better to send the parcel by registered or courier. Acaste e-shop is not responsible for any loss. Understand that we only accept products purchased from our Acaste online store. Returns from non-EU countries are not accepted (defective products are excluded or in case of error in product codes you received).

You have the right to return the products you purchases, without having to tell the reason why you want the products returned, within 15 days from the date you received them. We only accept products that are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. they have not been unsealed or their packaging has not been destroyed. Your returns should be sent along with the retail receipt or invoice. Washed products cannot be returned or changed.
Acaste e-shop reserves the right to refuse returns that are not authorized and / or are not sent in accordance with the terms of return listed and the instructions that accompany each order. In case of unapproved or unacceptable returns, the products will be returned to the shipping address of the original order at the recipient’s expense.
Returns from non-EU countries are not accepted (excluding defective products or in case of error in product codes you received).
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, the products can be returned within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order and you can choose between change of the item or refund.
Products can be exchanged to any different size or type available. If you wish to change an item purchased from Acaste E-shop with another size or color, please contact us by e-mail at email@example.com or by phone at +30 28210 20090 or +30 6934 404 404.
Refunds are made immediately from the time the returned items are received and checked (1-3 working days). Refunds are only made to the original credit card, PayPal account or bank account used to pay for the order. Processing time varies depending on the bank and the type of card. In case the purchase has been made by cash on delivery, the amount of the refund will be deposited in a bank account indicated by the customer.
All our products are checked and in excellent condition and they are carefully packed in order to reach you without damage. In the unlikely event that a product received by a consumer has a defect, then the consumer is obliged to contact us within 24 hours from the date of delivery of the order at +30 28210 20090 or +30 6934 404 404 stating the desire to change the product due to a defect, without any charge. Upon receipt of the defective product, the company will resend either another product identical to the returned or a different product of equal value to the one being replaced. A prerequisite is that the products being replaced are in good condition, with all the tabs and labels
