ORDER
After selecting and seeing in detail the products that interest you, add them to the cart. To take a quick preview of your cart or to complete the order, select the cart icon (top right of the screen, next to the main horizontal menu). Cash on Delivery (for Greece and Cyprus)
Payment upon receipt of the order at your place (cash on delivery for Greece and Cyprus) at the time you receive the products. Pay the transport clerk, with the delivery of your order at your place. In this case you will be charged € 3.00 (VAT 24% included) for Greece and € 5.00 (VAT 24% included) for Cyprus. Free shipping and cash on delivery for orders over € 50 for shipments within Greece and free shipping and cash on delivery for orders over € 150 for shipments within Cyprus.

According to law 4446 / 22-12-2016 article 69, orders over € 500 in cash will be delivered to the recipients, exclusively from the receptions of ACS Courier stores, where collection will be made only by using a bank card and for the entire amount of the transaction. Cash on delivery is valid as a payment method for amounts not exceeding 1500 euros.

SHIPPING POLICY

Execution of orders
Acaste Online Shop makes every effort to ensure that all orders are executed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed until 13:00 Greek time are sent on the same day. Orders placed Friday after 13:00, Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday. Saturdays, Sundays and official Greek holidays are excluded from working days.

Delivery
Deliveries to Greece and Cyprus are made by ACS Courier and the estimated delivery time within Greece is 1-3 working days and for Cyprus 5-7 working days. Estimated time is indicative and may vary on islands and remote areas.
Shipments abroad within the EU made by UPS and delivered in 5-7 working days. Foreign shipments outside the EU are made by UPS and the estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days.

Acaste Online Shop is not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or other circumstances beyond its control.
When your order is sent, you receive an e-mail, with the bill of lading number and a link to monitor the status of your shipment on the site of the cooperating courier.

Shipping charges

For deliveries within Crete, within cities and land transport:
Shipping costs for purchases over € 150.00 are free. For orders below € 150.00 and up to 2 kg, the shipping cost is € 5.00 and € 1 for every extra kg. Cash on delivery cost is € 3.00 (including VAT 24%).

For deliveries in inaccessible areas:
Shipping costs for purchases over € 170.00 are free. For orders below € 170.00 and up to 2 kg, the shipping cost is € 7.00 and € 1,5 for every extra kg. Cash on delivery cost is € 3.00 (including VAT 24%).

For shipments to Cyprus:
Shipping and cash on delivery costs for purchases over € 300.00 are free. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is € 10.00 and the cash on delivery costs are € 5.00 (including VAT 24%).

For shipments to countries within the EU:
Shipping costs for purchases over € 400.00 are free. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is € 20.00.

For shipments to non-EU countries:
Shipping costs for purchases over € 600.00 are free. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is € 50.00.

Non-EU deliveries are usually subject to customs duties and import duties in the country of dispatch and are the sole responsibility of the consignee.

RETURN POLICY

How to return
In case of return, an e-mail should be sent to the address info@acaste.gr to which the order code will be mentioned, or by phone to +30 28210 20090 or +30 6934 404 404. Fill in the return form that you will receive with your purchase. The product must be in excellent condition, so we recommend that you do not remove any label or sticker during the test! Acaste e-shop is not responsible for any loss. Understand that we only accept products purchased from our Acaste online store. Restrictions

You have the right to return the products you bought, without having to tell us the reason why you want the products returned, within 15 days from the date you receive the products. Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, ie without being unsealed or tampered with, along with the retail receipt or invoice. Washed products cannot be returned or changed.

Acaste e-shop reserves the right to refuse returns that are not authorized and / or are not sent in accordance with the return terms listed and the instructions that accompany each order. In case of unapproved or unacceptable returns, the products will be returned to the shipping address of the original order at the recipient’s expense.

Returns from non-EU countries are not accepted (excluding defective products or in case of error in product codes you received).

REFUND
Refunds are made immediately after the returned items are received and checked (1-3 working days). Refunds are only made to the original credit card, PayPal account or bank account used to pay for the order. Processing time varies depending on the bank and the type of credit card. In case the purchase has been made by cash on delivery, the amount of the refund will be deposited in a bank account indicated by the customer.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
All our products are tested and in excellent condition and carefully packed in order to reach you without damage. Upon receipt of the defective product, the company will resend either another product identical to the returned or a different product, of equal value to the one being replaced.
