ORDER

SHIPPING POLICY
Execution of orders
Acaste Online Shop makes every effort to ensure that all orders are executed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed until 13:00 Greek time are sent on the same day. Orders placed Friday after 13:00, Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday. Saturdays, Sundays and official Greek holidays are excluded from working days.
Delivery
Deliveries to Greece and Cyprus are made by ACS Courier and the estimated delivery time within Greece is 1-3 working days and for Cyprus 5-7 working days. Estimated time is indicative and may vary on islands and remote areas.
Shipments abroad within the EU made by UPS and delivered in 5-7 working days. Foreign shipments outside the EU are made by UPS and the estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days.
Acaste Online Shop is not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or other circumstances beyond its control.

For deliveries within Crete, within cities and land transport:
Shipping costs for purchases over € 150.00 are free. For orders below € 150.00 and up to 2 kg, the shipping cost is € 5.00 and € 1 for every extra kg. Cash on delivery cost is € 3.00 (including VAT 24%).
For deliveries in inaccessible areas:
Shipping costs for purchases over € 170.00 are free. For orders below € 170.00 and up to 2 kg, the shipping cost is € 7.00 and € 1,5 for every extra kg. Cash on delivery cost is € 3.00 (including VAT 24%).
For shipments to Cyprus:
Shipping and cash on delivery costs for purchases over € 300.00 are free. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is € 10.00 and the cash on delivery costs are € 5.00 (including VAT 24%).
For shipments to countries within the EU:
Shipping costs for purchases over € 400.00 are free. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is € 20.00.

Non-EU deliveries are usually subject to customs duties and import duties in the country of dispatch and are the sole responsibility of the consignee.
RETURN POLICY
How to return

Restrictions
You have the right to return the products you bought, without having to tell us the reason why you want the products returned, within 15 days from the date you receive the products. Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, ie without being unsealed or tampered with, along with the retail receipt or invoice. Washed products cannot be returned or changed.

REFUND
Refunds are made immediately after the returned items are received and checked (1-3 working days). Refunds are only made to the original credit card, PayPal account or bank account used to pay for the order. Processing time varies depending on the bank and the type of credit card. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
All our products are tested and in excellent condition and carefully packed in order to reach you without damage.
